1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing tickets or attending the Front Row Fireworks event, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

3. Ticket Purchase and Refunds

• All ticket sales are final unless the event is cancelled
• Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable
• In case of event cancellation, full refunds will be provided
• Weather-related delays do not qualify for refunds
• Lost or stolen tickets cannot be replaced

4. Event Rules and Conduct

• All attendees must comply with venue rules and regulations
• No outside food, beverages, or alcohol permitted
• No weapons, illegal substances, or prohibited items
• Disruptive behavior may result in removal without refund
• Photography and recording for personal use only

5. Age Requirements

This is an all-ages event. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. All attendees, regardless of age, require a valid ticket for entry.

6. Limitation of Liability

Front Row Fireworks and its organizers shall not be liable for any personal injury, property damage, or other losses incurred during the event, except as required by law.

7. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, natural disasters, government actions, or public health emergencies.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York County, New York.
